Love Care (“we”, “us”) provides a family caregiving platform that helps members stay connected through Care Circles, tasks, reminders, and related services via our mobile app, website, and admin tools.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run Love Care safely and reliably:
- Account details such as name, email, phone, and profile photo
- Care Circle membership, tasks, completions, and optional photo proof
- Device and push notification tokens for reminders
- Usage data needed to operate and improve the service
- Billing and subscription information when you upgrade a plan
How we use information
- To provide Care Circles, tasks, reminders, and notifications
- To authenticate users and keep accounts secure
- To process subscriptions and customer support requests

Your choices
You may update profile information, leave a Care Circle, request account deletion, or contact us about data access. Parents and guardians should only share children’s information when appropriate and with consent where required.
Retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
